Alhaji Djibril was killed in the course of an attack carried out by “Amba Boys” in Naikom village, Wum in Cameroon’s restive North West region. Besides his death, five others were severely injured with two of the wounded villagers in a critical health condition at the Wum District Hospital. At the level of material damage, five houses were set ablaze and numerous ruminants killed. “They attacked us on grounds that we are not supporting the struggle materially and financially. So when they came to the village last night, families that could not pay the amount they were asking had to suffer the damaging consequences,” a denizen recounts. 

The head of a man named Ali Pima, hanging on a stake, was discovered in Kumba in the Southwest region. Reports states that, the victim was kidnapped and then beheaded by the secessionist armed groups who called him "Black Leg", a term used to describe people suspected of collaborating with the police. Reacting to Ali's execution, English-speaking activist Eric Tataw, who says he spoke to the victim before his death, said he did everything possible to deter the kidnappers from going into execution.

Mrs.Ajugo Dina, the treasurer of the Women's wing of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (WCPDM) was brutally murdered by Amba Boy on (please insert date here).  That gruesome act took place at the party's headquartes  in Mbambe, North West Region.  Let's remember that the separatist fighters had vowed to end any activities related to the CPDM in their regions.
